Shipping policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our team who will confirm the:-
- Order details
- Delivery time window
- Directions/Location pin
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours in a time window of your choosing. In case you are absent upon delivery, our representative will call you and agree to a new delivery window. To avoid abuse of policies set to facilitate customers, we will not make more than 2 delivery attempts.
A Flat Rate would be charged as a delivery fee that may vary from time to time and will be mentioned by the representatives from Closet Bling whether mentioned or not, customer on the receiving end is obliged to pay the requested delivery amount upon delivery.
